Group ADHD Coaching

Support, Learning, and Understanding for Adults with ADHD

ADHD Management Support to Help You Grow and Meet Your Goals

Program Schedule:

June 28th - July 19 (4 weekly group sessions) — Time Blindness, Time Management, and Emotional Regulation

Peer Connections are our Secret Recipe

ADHD Coaching with Ben and Jen is a series of 4-week programs that combine group learning, group discussion, and dedicated small-group peer support.

We meet weekly over Zoom to share, learn, and have fun! We’re a small group, with a maximum size of 12, so none of us will be strangers by the time we’re done.

You will learn more about strategies for managing your focus, time management, and executive function challenges. You’ll connect with peers, and challenge each other to grow, develop beneficial habits, and practice accountability.

Ben and Jen

As ICF-Certified Coaches, we’re prepared to meet you where you’re at and help you tackle the challenge you’re looking for. As two people with personal experience with ADHD and executive dysfunction, we’ve been there and know that there’s no simple solution that fits everyone.

  • Founder, ICF Certified Coach

Diagnosed with ADHD in college, I learned to succeed, grow, and thrive despite my ADHD. I spent 20 years in the tech industry before making the leap into coaching.

  • Group Leader and ICF-Certified Coach

As a coach, I work with individuals and teams to support them through life in discovering that they have the tools and skills to find their direction and get into that place where they find joyful flow. My role as a coach is to listen deeply, offering thoughtful questions to help unlock new discoveries for the individuals I'm working with, and to co-create action steps.

I have close friends, family, clients and coworkers who have ADHD diagnosis and have been a support to them.

I have over 15 years of work as an executive leader mainly working in the non-profit sector. I'm a mom to a quickly growing 2 year old, and find joy in being creative and getting outside.

Details

  • Our groups meet weekly over Zoom at the same time each week. On odd weeks, we primarily meet as a full group and focus on learning, group sharing, with short break-outs. On even weeks, we connect you with you your small groups called Triads in order to discuss your goals and progress, keep each other accountable, and work on exercises or catch up.

  • Triads are mini-groups within the group, usually about 3 people. You will work together, share your goals and growth areas, and challenge each other in your journey.

  • When you sign up, we want to hear from you what you need most. So each group may be a little different. But some of the areas we plan to cover are:

    • ADHD 101 — What is it and what are the common issues?

    • Time Blindness and time management strategies and tools

    • Relationships & interpersonal challenges

    • Getting started doing things and overcoming resistance

    • Emotional regulation

    • Long-term planning & important-but-not-urgent stuff

    • Sharing, venting, and supporting

  • We are offering this group experience at $75 per week, with a commitment for 4 weeks. That puts the each one-month program at $300.

However, we do offer an early registration discount!

The simplest way to join is to pay for the full program up-front.

If you need to pay in monthly installments, we can set that up. Send Ben an email at ben@bentobin.com to set that up.
